Guests can easily explore the city's attractions, thanks to its super convenient location close to the metro. The rooms are modern and spacious, with complimentary drinks and comfortable amenities. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.

Some guests experienced issues with the air conditioning during their stay, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably during particularly hot weather.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Milan for my birthday trip. The staff at 15 Quindici By Serendipity Rooms were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They even surprised me with a birthday gift! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Milan Cathedral and shopping area. The rooms were lovely and the cleaning staff paid attention to detail. The hotel also provided complimentary champagne and water, adding a special touch to my stay.

The staff was very nice and helpful, providing useful information and being attentive to our needs. The room was modern and well-maintained, with daily cleaning and a comfortable bed. The hotel's location was convenient, with a short walk to key attractions like the cathedral and shopping area.

Finding the hotel initially was a bit tricky, as there were no clear signs and Google Maps had trouble directing us. the lack of signage on the property itself made it confusing to locate the correct entrance.

The whole experience was perfect. The location was unbeatable and excellent, you can visit Royal Palace of Milan by walking. It was located in a residential area close to the main points of interest, taxi-tram-bus-metro stations as well as the historical center and the duomo.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The room was perfect and relaxing, with complimentary Prosecco as a nice touch. The location was ideal, close to the metro station and the Duomo. I would definitely stay here again for work or leisure. One of the best I've stayed in.
